Grab interest

Just 12 short years ago my wife and I were merely hours away from being homeless ourselves. A lot has changed in the past twelve years. We both currently have our own businesses. I am now a Service Connected veteran and have been planning this adventure for years. Well this is the year we hope to make it a reality.

We have had conversations with the current owners of Red River South Marina and are trying to secure funding for the $2.8 Million asking price. The reason we are considering the marina is because of the existing cabins and other housing option, the available space to expand, existing C-store, an available enormous parking lot capable of sustaining a weekend Vendors market, a huge garden area. and so many of the other puzzle pieces of our vision.
